AVENMERE ships worldwide. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Some heavy or fragile items may have an additional shipping charge, which will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days before being handed to our shipping partners. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-Order Items

Furniture, wall panels, rugs, chandeliers and other made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for your order. You can find the estimated delivery time on each product page.

Production Delays and Backorders

If an item is on backorder, we prepare orders in the order they were placed. We will contact you if a delay significantly changes the delivery estimate and explain your available options.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may be sent from different warehouses or have different production times. They may therefore arrive in separate parcels.
